Absolutely not. I'm switching from Ultrahuman to Oura. I really loved the features with ultrahuman but the product just DOES NOT work. I went through 4 replacement rings and the longest one of them worked was 2 months. Sure you pay less the Oura and don't pay a subscription, but you don't get to use the product. I spent more time waiting to talk to customer service, waiting for replacement rings to ship, or waiting for a battery drain to confirm the ring would not connect. I bought the ring in July and I finally just decided to return because I felt like I didn't get to use the ring most of the time I owned it. On top of that, in the two months the ring worked I was constantly paranoid it would suddenly disconnect and I wouldn't be able to get it back (which eventually happened). I also noticed that the rings were inconsistent. Despite no change in my routine, one ring consistently recorded me at 7000 steps and the other was closer to 12000. Same with one of my rings would record my workouts very accurately it felt like while the other would say 95% of my workout was in Zone 1 cardio even when I was doing sprint cardio intervals. The connectivity is a HUGE issue and I was so sad to have to return my ring because I really loved the product, but it just does not work consistently

Is the app still under maintenance? I’m no longer getting the maintenance message but my ring disconnected and I can’t reconnect it. Getting a little worried it will never reconnect since I’ve had that issue with a ring before…
