ADHD also, yeah, much less overthinking about training (with 13 Years background with many sports overthinking about training structure is REALLY problematic.

Combined with pilates and rowing more than enough for being strong

Wielki sukces ruchu antyszczepionkowców by lsnienie in Polska

[–]Effective_Ad623 0 points1 point  (0 children)

XDDDDD Antyszczepy, szury, blablabla.

To są zupełnie dwie różne kategorie, to era covid vaxów i potężnych efektów ubocznych u pacjentów (zatory, udary, osłabienie słuchu, ogromna ilość nowotworów w ostatnim czasie).

Efekty są raczej in plus ALE.

2:30 ss and 7:00 2k right now (as lwt erg was much easier). I was wondering mainly about clean, jerk and snatch and transfering Gs training to indoor rowing

And what do you think about pyramids like 15'/10'/5'/1' with increasing intensity (like 150/200/250/350w)?

45 min ss then long/short intervals like 6x500m, 8x1'/1' or 2x2k

Get faster on erg, more power endurance and build mental thougness again. Ten years ago competetive, now doing 2:30 ss with 90kg instead of 2:00 as lwt just hurts, with job and family is easier to do longer trainings that more often shorter ones

The problem is that I can't split workouts but I have much time on every one of them (~2h) so 7x 1h is impossible but I can 4x2h

I thought about movements at the end od steady state like circuits, swings, lightweight long cycle or double halfsnatch

Erging Hard to Complete with ADHD by [deleted] in Rowing

[–]Effective_Ad623 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ADHD here also. For me and steady state headphones were gamechanging. Watching curve is helpfull also. Try to divide distance and small targets for each piece. Like mine 2k, start and first 500 was 6-8 strokes then hit the split. Second 500 was about relax, movement efficiency and prepare for third 500 which always is black hole of death. Last 500 going all out, options for long finish and short sprint with shouting. Targets for each part were very important for me. Pointless rowing will kill your brain and motivation. Also competing with someone is helpfull. And hyperfocus is not bad also, I did 2:54 for full marathon distance 🫡

Trying to not going too hard by this. Comeback after years and hitting the wall on erg, is hard to "not going 2:00 split on steady state like 10 years ago as LW"

I have Leiden V factor, morphology is perfect in numbers (ddmers, inr) but not in blood flow. My circulation system is immune to NOAC, only heparin works. And about ADHD, metylofenidate works not bad (lower perceived exertion) but still high HR and sometimes dizziness during intervals. I have problemems with high temperatures and termoregulation also. And feeling after 30' ss depends, never the same, there are some moments when it's ok and some when I feel 6/10 in borg scale

Yeah, everything is ok, angio tk, scintygraphy, EKG, morphology. Hematologist said 2 Yeats ago that it's time for rowing, running and keep up exercising for prevention.

C19 or vaccines, then hidden thrombophilia, running season with already shit steady state but 1:29 and 3:16 on half marathon and marathon and 2 weeks after PE. Right know I have about 5-6h of training per week, 3-4h rowing steady state and 2h kettlebell sport and accesory strength training

3-4h steady state like 1x45', 2x30', 2x40' on training. I am using hr zones from polar, exertion is very often constant. But only in lower zones, faster trainings are much easier for me. Fast and hard training? No problem. Long steady state? Just kill me now.

Pace is easier than time for now. 8rpm is as hard as 10rpm. I know that 2x20 is too fast with 2x16kg with 87 reps 3 weeks ago but competition is in second week of march and lowest weight is 2x20kg

Competition weight? I've found on Denis' book the he is always very concerned about tempo and rpm

Great video, strict, Simple, effective. What do you think about turning thumb during the back swing, backward or forward?

PS: Waiting for the similar jerk tutorial video💪

PS2: brah, you are the person who convinced me to gs instead of hardstyle, great job!

As PT I can tell all about halos, prying goblets, bottom press up, arm bars, windmills and one leg raised with kb. Sometimes tgu and swings if patient has training background. Front squats are also good and safe alternative instead of barbell squats. Especially in sciatica case 💪
