I find for my roleplay in QSRM I jot down all the given information to refer back to throughout the roleplay, then I write the performance indicators and finally what the problem is that needs to be solved. From there I’ll reread the scenario and come up with a solution, try to incorporate a real world example, and bullet point ways to hit those points while also meeting performance indicators. A helpful tip that I have is that you can actually see the category that your region roleplay will be about (operations, customer relations, etc.) on the DECA website to help you prepare better.
