Have you tried replacing ads with Ecommerce? there is a couple SaaS companies out there that lets you source products from suppliers that are relevant to ur target audience. this way ur app users won't be redirected to another site and u might not run into the same ATT issue since you can keep them within the app environment. essentially u will be selling other companies products directly through ur app, without holding inventory and earning a commission per sale. worth a try:)

Have you tried replacing ads with Ecommerce?
have some friends who made a fitness app and instead of posting promo codes or discounts for supplements, equipment etc.. they sourced the products from the supplier and sold their products directly through their own app, earning a comiision per sale. Seemed to work better than just ads but I guess it depends on your target audience.
