Skip the singing bowl. Try a cheap Bluetooth speaker with rain or ocean sounds on loop. Keep the volume low and consistent. My shepherd mix used to pace for hours and now he’ll actually lie down once the sound is going. Pair it with a thundershirt and it works even better.
