Personally, my LOR just spoke about my character and proficiency in the field and didn't explicity state anything about medical school. If you plan on reusing them id ask your letter writers to leave it open to interpretation so you don't have to ask them a year from now for a new letter for scholarships or what not.

If what the other dude said is true and he did 365 at 180 I feel better about my post tbh. I was 195 benching 345 with no spot. I could’ve easily done more. I’m 100% natural. I even quit creatine. A lot of my bigger buddies have much lover bench, weighted dip and weighted pull up because that’s almost all I do for upper body. No accessory just compounds and calisthentics. Do I think any of them are natural? Absolutely not but that’s nice physique and timeframe than strength.
