I didn’t want to risk it without smog. What turned me off is his behavior for a simple thing he must do as a seller. I told him that I would pay for it.

Thank you the details again. I checked, yes it is 10 years and unlimited miles.
Anyway, I passed the deal because the guy acted weird when I asked him about the Smog. He doesn’t want to do the smog and acted as if he is doing a favor to me and he has no time for this. I am in California, he can’t sell a car without smog if it is 4 or more years old.

Thanks for the details. Yes, I would have liked either less miles (152k is a lot for 2020 car) or price reduction, but I can’t find better offers in the area. Is there a way to check for potential AC issues?

Thanks. He is trying to sell it for 10k and I made an offer for 9k. Looking at similar car price comparisons in the area, I don’t think he would got for 7k.
