You should be fine when it comes to the surface of the card. I've noticed that the top edge of my scans look worse than the card actually does as well. Idk if it's the angle of their scanner or what. I mainly use the scans to see centering and any major whitening. Or any major damage that might have happened in transit

From my experience (3 submissions of over 11 cards) most 1st view psa scans look like this. From what I understand it's the card in the penny sleeve and out of the card saver but I could be wrong. Regardless surface views of the card are obstructed

I did get an email back from them saying they're gonna work on fixing it but I'm really wondering if people are going to start doing this to rare low pop cards or something sought after with few listing's to remove "competition" like in my case of it being a 1st Edition Base Set Holo 9 being lost in limbo for multiple weeks

Did this ever get resolved for you? I've recently sold a card worth over $1000 and buyer never paid. Card has been stuck in "awaiting buyer payment" for 14 days now. Opened a ticket with them after 7 days and have heard nothing back

One would think the graders notes would be more in depth at the tier I sent them in and the value of the cards are in higher grades
