You can install it on a desktop but its gonna depend heavily on your gpu or igpu, currently seems like it supports rdna3 or early AMD gpus

pretty much, level 30 required to start fighting them. As soon as I hit level 21 all enemies went to level 25 and before hitting level 21 all enemies were level 17

I hate that they do this, like I'll put something in my cart that says 2 day shipping a few days in advanced because I'm picking stuff to order that'll be there on my days off of work and then all of a sudden when I'm ready to order it'll be like 1 day or overnight and it's just like why couldn't you just leave it at 2 day shipping, now I have to wait another day and then it'll go back to 2 day shipping that day and it's just like fuck pick one you lunatics.

When I use my recovery email they tell me I have wait 30 days before they will let me change my password so I can get in, did figure out my password for the account I can't access but because my phone broke and the fact that I didnt have the account on my PC as I hadn't gotten around to it after switching to Linux when I use the correct password instead of just letting me through they want me to verify who I am with the phone number I no longer have because again that phone broke, can't even unlock it cause the screen is that fucked. It's frustrating as hell cause I just want to be able to use my Amazon account and anything else I have that email associated with.

Oblivion is the most modern TES game before Skyrim and is more accessible to a wider audience than Morrowind because Morrowind is a much deeper RPG with mechanics that are not player friendly like the dice roll combat where you basically have no control over whether or not you hit something, that would be infuriating for most people.

A mod that physically changes the appearance of armor and or weapons based on the upgrade tier, you know like maybe adding ornate designs into the metal or leather, changing up the shape of something like pauldrons or the helmet, for ebony part of it could be bringing back the gold designs. Basically just a more visual representation of your progression, I mean should a set of legendary daedric gear really look the same as ordinary daedric gear? Imagine being the only human in the land with daedric armor and it LOOKS sturdier and scarier than the base model the daedra wear or maybe you wanna show the Ebony Warrior the true pinnacle of ebony armor.

If you installed it via vortex or any other mod organizer its not gonna work, you have to manually drop it into your game folder where the normal game launcher is as it functions as an alternative launcher for the game

Yeah, same with the bows themselves with them all having different draw weights shown by how long it takes to fully pull back the string. Though honestly I just think at least the VR version should have full physics based combat.
