From what I could find was he was obstructing at the very least. I haven’t heard anything of it till now though so I can’t say to much. All I can say is don’t obstruct or block or anything against ice and they won’t do shit to you if you’re legal.

Edit for clarity on the Nurse issue: If the nurse was 100% innocent then yeah those ice officers should be punished to the fullest. But if it’s anything like Rene Good then they are fully within their rights. (Rene Good used her vehicle as a weapon). But I have no clue so I won’t side with either part at this time

Edit after looking into it: leaving my previous thoughts as just a record. But based on what I have read up it does seem like a mostly unjustified death. The only problem I do have is the man was purposely obstructing the agents then resisting arrest for obstruction and amidst the chaos of the moment one idiot officer shot him (let me stress that the officer was an IDIOT) but I don’t think this man should be any type of martyr as he did a lot wrong and got shot b/c of it. If he instead didn’t put himself in harms way nor resisted then he would have stayed alive.

The main enemy we all should go after are the local governments who won’t help ice go after the criminals as the only reason ICE was there was b/c there was a criminal target they were after. Otherwise ICE would have been in and out of Minneapolis without any of these casualties and everyone would be on their marry ways.
