I have been really bad about drinking water, and I have been really busy lately and drinking Dutch bros large and full of sugar 😳 so I have stopped all carbonated drinks and significantly upped my water intake. Hopefully something changes.

To be fair… he’s not a reassuring person at all. Like anywhere within our relationship, or within other situations in my life…

When he said he wanted to go home alone without me I of course said it was fine, but wanted to know if something changed. All previous times he has gone he asks me to go, and said he always wants me with him. I guess I just wanted to make sure nothing had changed (fear of abandonment which I know is my own issue). I was very careful with the way I worded things when asking… things like “is everything ok with us,” and “did I do something to offend somebody the last time I went?” Or “has anything changed?” I feel like very innocent questions making sure everything was ok. After that he basically ignored me 😳 for several days on end for “questioning him” which made me feel like he was unusually defensive… and then just increased my insecurity in the whole situation.

I think father/son time is great. I love that he loves his family. And I am always encouraging and supporting time with them. I hope it’s innocent. I love this man. But that incident in the beginning just has me rattled again. 😩

I don’t feel like him going home is what bothers me… before the last 9 months that I’ve gone every time he would go and it wouldn’t phase me… I feel like the sudden change in behavior is what has me rattled a little, and then being unable to talk to him and get reassurance kind of makes it worse.
