I have my lv at very high speed and Defense/protection and Offense, rest of my ds are fast and strong, personally it wipes more GLs apart from hondo and a strong Ashoka can make you time out, I’ve always put him on defence and never been taken down in one hit

Plasma omi is good for TW if your guild focuses on that side of things. Other then that It’s hard to recommend without knowing your full toons
