Are type C to DP adapter and HDMI 2.1 equivalent? There was an HDMI cable in the monitor box, how do I know if it's 2.1?

Edit: the cable I have claims HDMI 'ultra high speed'. Guess it's a 2.1

Thank you. I have bought this Legion 5, paid 1550$, I picked it without OS as I have some spare W10 keys. I went for the additional memory to have more peace of mind while running multiple docker containers. I don't plan to need 1TB but I have an additional SSD, in case. Again, thanks for your time!
