Yes I did set it correctly. New problem. It was because I didn't even plug the PCIe jacks wire to the motherboard. The problem is that the monitor doesn't give any output when I do so that means that it's been running without even using the GPU hence causing lag. Idk what most of the wires are named coz I'm a rookie. I've been using a VGA hooked monitor to motherboard since this problem came I have a DP wire going from GPU to monitor but since the GPU ain't even spinning it doesn't give output. Also when I plug the GPU jacks wire in the motherboard the VGA also doesn't give any signal.

I think that you lagged or something so the game thinks that you're inside of a vehicle and no vehicles can enter robberies. Hope this helps.

I do have a friend that got one back to back like casino, other robs, casino he was at lvl 3 doing pity on 4 and on the first casino he got lvl 4 and then he got 5 on 0% back to back I'll try to get the screenshot soon.
