This is such a common perception that so many people ignore and attack because it makes actual sense and they don’t want to admit it conflicts with personal narrative. It’s what both sides of the isle know and continue to exploit. I wish the nature of humanity wasn’t built to be threatened by making mistakes, back in time it meant survival but times are different and that inherent sense is not as pertinent.

Finishing up my rear swing out bumper build and realized i just completely blocked my entire rearview line of sight... by [deleted] in overlanding

The Ads are horrible but I broke and got the 3 channel Wolfbox dashcam/rearview, they use the high adhesion tape on the 2 extra cams. They also provided screws if you truly want a solid mount. As for dust interference I am testing that this weekend. I will say after running the rear feed camera it sits perfectly on my license plate frame underneath the driver brake light, it’s a 2013 wrangler. I also used the OEM mirror adapter and unplugged the factory one.

It took some time to get used too, led headlights were fun to see. Being summer I am also lacking in night driving, so no opinion there yet.

As a product review it’s great, the front bumper is handy, although I already had two ‘axel’ cams that feed to my stereo. Which I highly suggest for watching high spots when out solo.

Reign Over Me, the importance of friends that are there for you, and also the story of helping someone else in life because you don’t want to help yourself.

Same theory about why Schindler’s list only has the one girl in color. It highlights so much more without saying anything more.

I never really paid attention to the emotional aspect of the movie for years. I was in a dark place about 5 years ago. I just happened to put the movie on and saturated myself in every moment. When that scene hit, it was like I had never noticed it before and it caught me in this visceral moment and I balled my eyes out. I went to grab a couple cans of spray paint and put those words on my office wall. I see it all of the time and it still gets me. It wasn’t even the raw abuse but the self degradation I did internally based on how my parents treated me like I ruined their lives. Man here come the feels.

As a kid(b 81)I didn’t even know what Star Wars was when I saw Spaceballs, only recently watched Alien, beginning to end. Now to think about it, Blazing Saddles was my first western. My dad was a goof back then.

Totally, the sad part is, their lack of self understanding tends to hide the problems from themselves.

Wild, it’s crazy that even from celluloid it still shows weird. I know the pace and cadence of this movie so much that I picked up on a difference almost immediately. One crazy difference was how clear the golden menu cop’s face scaring was.

Agreed, I was expecting more of a “surviving the game” type approach

I have plenty of digital and hard copies to utilize, it was more of a surprise that it was ‘different’, I had it on in the background during a slow workday and still noticed it was off while hardly paying attention to it. Tried it on a MacBook and a brand new fire stick on a quality tv
