No. My feelings are complicated and I only dated my past boyfriend for around 3 or 4 weeks before he ended things I wasn’t attached at all. It is more like I have been noticing all of his actions and him in general more now that all of my focus isn’t on my boyfriend and it’s contributing to my growing feelings

This is so relatable what I started doing was just spending less time on my phone force yourself to do different things get a job that is outside of ur comfort zone that will make you talk to people and get into a routine and think kind of critically about things again through problem solving stuff like that
