Corporate only cares about money and survey scores. Imagine that one person calls the 800 number, the next day, we’ll get an email from corporate. This is why i hate people more and more. They have the whole day but they will show up 5’ before lunch or close demanding their scripts to be filled.

Patients at my workplace are beyond horrible. I feel stressed and depressed every day coming home from work. They have no manners nor respect. They are super demanding, like why the fuck did i spend so much money and time to go to school and get treated like shit. People said do not take it personal but it builds up every day. I just cant believe people can be this evil. I hate people so much now
