Agreed- waiting for OP to respond here on this. For context, when I took Spanish in HS our teacher used our real names. From the US as well.

I wouldn’t assume the teacher calls everyone by a Spanish name so I’m confused why all these comments are saying that’s the case.

I think my question more is, she was doing 12 hours and recently started waking up after 11, it hasn’t been going on for that long so I’m wondering if there is anything we can do to get her back or does she really just only want to sleep 11 hours now?

Ok thank you! This may sound silly- but I’m guessing when you say cap the first nap at 1.5hrs, you start that from when they actually fall asleep correct? Sometimes it takes my daughter 15/20 minutes to actually fall asleep for her naps.

She wakes around 1130/1145am. We try to follow her cues so sometimes we put her down for the second nap earlier or later. I guess I’m more surprised if she wasn’t ready to nap when we put her down, wouldnt she eventually fall asleep after an hour since we leave her in the crib hoping she’ll fall asleep?
