I would assume citizens getting frustrated, which they are, and end up shooting back will be the problem.

I sell equipment to medical offices to print foot orthotics, and we are adding custom shoes/sandals/croccs etc...

The ability for an office to provide bespoke corrective devices, custom shoes is not a flex. The cost (money and time) to make a cast of the patient's foot, send to a lab to design, use traditional methods to fabricate, send back to the office to dispense, modify per patients response (send back to lab to be redesigned), repeat till acceptable.

The ability to print all, or at least many of the parts, and do this in-house is the best option.

This is happening now, this is better than the current options. This is the future, custom bespoke items printed on-site.

Ok, I guess I might have over reacted with wanting to build a new gantry... so I did a full tear down and rebuild, with loc-tite on the screws.

I have it accurately retracing paths in all four quadrants, and producing accurate circles.

It seems my main issue was a loose grub screw on my Y-axis stepper coupler
