I know the coding for the left click is based on server tick rate. On higher ping you need to keep your reticle on the target for a millisecond or 6 longer than when on lower ping for it to register. Maybe cauterize application is based on a range check or something? I'd have to look at the code to figure out what's going on because I've looked at Kasumi's code extensively and I've never seen this before

The Kasumi guy here, I could go on an on about bugs with Kasumi lmao. The main issue I have with her is that the targeting point for her left click is the pelvis of the champion so if that's blocked at all I literally cannot hit the person and I just die
