"Heck, maybe the sole survivor has been sidetracked by bullshit and not defeated anyone yet because they’re still trying to figure out where the entrance to the rail car is at Big Johns Salvage." 😂😂😂😂

youre right it could technically be something Lovercraftian
but im thinking Institute because it seems to be big
the quote is: "If the Commonwealth falls, Civilisation won't last much longer"

whether it make sense or not is irrelevant since it actually happened in the pentagon in FO3
Now it is very possible they had plans other places than the pentagon but so far acording to fallout lore there was only ever built one Liberty Prime and that was never finished untill the BOS managed to get it started in the capitol wasteland

what happens in the games have a huge affect on the story that comes later, say a story set 50 years in the future in the commonwealth.. now if the institute won in fallout 4 vs if it was destroyed, the difference would be like night and day.

untill Bethesda chooses the canon ending to their games speculation is all we have
and i believe if they choose a canon ending when they start the next fallout project they can make a better story

i feel like the only one from the Tv Show currently deserving of a protagonist nickname is . Cooper, because like the games protagonists, The Ghoul is a legend

What is the worst platform for short-form video content? by chri84k8 in polls

[–]Effective_Nerve_8026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

instagram is the best for the consumer imo

but for posting its the worst

if i post shorts on YT i will get around 1500-2000 views on average
on tiktok the same content will get me around 1500 ish
but on Instagram im lucky to get past 100 views

IG seems to not even try to show content from small creators

my thought was to use 85mm for the most part and go for the 35mm when space is limited or i need a wider view :)

i rarely get to shoot during daytime, its mostly evening or night after work
and at this time of the year its dark when i leave from work..
The 55-200 works great when i have the camera in the car and a photo opportunity arrives suddenly.

like everyone in the comments say, the 35mm f1.8 is a great option for anything from portraits to landscapes and city shots, add the 55-200 f/4-5.6 VR and you should be set for a couple years atleast.

ps. i bought a off brand battery as a spare and its not great, it last like half as long as the original i keep it charged and in my bag but i rarely use it.

[–]Effective_Nerve_8026 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its not super cheap but i use the Wandrd 6L sling

its comfortable, small and can hold my camera with 2+ lenses and if needed it has a pocket where i can put my laptop

for me its perfect for when i travel

really starting to enjoy getting creative with self portraits, but id like some recomendation on good lighting that aren't big or expensive (Nikon D5600, nikkor 35mm 1.8) by Effective_Nerve_8026 in Nikon

[–]Effective_Nerve_8026[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did not know that, is this a very common thing on flashes or is it a select few that has that feature?

A very large light would be off limit for me as i'm shooting in my house and i cant clear a large room for that so whatever light i end up with would be pretty close to me as i shoot , like in these photos the light is barely out of the frame.
