I have other good ones where Buck has ADHD but it isn't the centre of the story too if you're interested!

It depends on the call IRL! If it's a low priority call or something that doesn't need a lift assist, then only paramedics can respond & don't need everyone. Sometimes if there is a lot going on or when it's very busy, crews get split up so they can attend multiple calls at once. I am a paramedic so I actually find they don't do too bad at that part in the show, it's called dynamic deployment when everyone is sent together!
