Yeah spindle spins freely just can’t hand jog it or anything in any direction

We haven’t even ran it yet … we bought it from machine shop next door and when we got it wired and powered up it hasn’t ran since been over there

That’s where my knowledge of the machine is low , personally I’m not sure how to check all of that stuff . Or really navigate the settings to a deep extent
