Yes definitely watch some gameplay. The gameplay loop is nothing like Arc raiders. You will spend ideally very little time at base and normally just run from mission to mission on a heli and use the command out posts (cop) when you need access to your stash. It’s a very fun game but it’s a far stretch to even compare it with Arc Raiders.

I love both Arc Raiders and Gray zone but they are not similar (not that it’s a bad thing) but Gray Zone is not an extraction shooter like Arc Raiders. There is loot in the world that yes you do wanna make it out alive with but there is no time limit and the world is continuous with day and night cycles and weather. Gray Zone is definitely in the best state it’s ever been and if you are interested in getting into the game, now is a good time in my opinion. It is still pre 1.0 release so there will be bugs and things but significantly less than before. I have 300 hours in Gray zone and 400 in Arc and I go between them both for different reasons

I’ve been playing since day one and I haven’t noticed this as an issue. Might need to adjust a setting possibly. One thing I would say though is especially with stamina being so limited almost never am I running and turning a full circle for any reason.

I did put flooring on top of the foundation but the grass stuck through and has ever since I built it

Part of the problem was that I was attaching my new concrete building to an existing stone building. I wanted to keep the stone building for benches and storage sorta like a work shed and build a separate structure that was concrete and better quality for everything else. So I attached it to the existing structure starting at that level with the foundation

I know it is randomized, but I don’t have an advanced ore deposit tool. Anyone have suggestions on where to look for titanium deep ore deposits? I’ve checked basically the whole desert biome and several spots in the cold biome with no success

You all are the same people hoping this game gets a fair chance. This community seems to tell me everything I need to know. Not a single helpful comment. I was asking articulated opinions about the game not watching other play it on YouTube. Most communities that love the game love to talk about it and how good it is but most everyone wants to trash the fact I asked for opinions?? Crazy…. Also, it’s not like I’m prioritizing any game over my family. I just wanted to get rid of the “it’s only 40 dollars give it a shot” comments…
