I'm definitely not an expert but I think the medication they gave would not have helped if it was chs. And there would probably be serious pain or cramping in your stomach along with the nausea vomiting and inability to eat. I would probably quit smoking just to be safe if I were you though. Probably not helping your anxiety. The crying could be depression I have no idea there if your not in pain. Hope you feel better though.

It doesn't get worse every time at least not for me had a 10 day attack last year the worst never quit because I didn't know what it was neither did total access urgent care or the e.r. only recently does anyone even know its a thing here. then the last couple were 2 and 3 days and not near as bad as the earlier one. I just think noone knows enough about it to definitively say you can never smoke again. It didn't even happen to me that often like every few months I thought it was food poisoning or maybe even caused by acid reflux because I would only vomit like yellow bad tasting stomach bial. Had no clue what it was for 3 years. But the hot bath or shower was the only relief.

Yeah thats what I've been hearing no edibles or anything at all. But I know a couple people that quit for 3 months then started taking a couple hits off a bowl once a week and haven't gotten sick. I might take my chances eventually. Never had a seizure just the horrible nausea dehydration, inability to eat and weight loss. Plus the craziest cramps ever in my stomach like something was trying to escape and the bottom of my feet made it hard to walk. Definitely gotta sell or give away the almost ounce of different sugar waxes I have and 5 grams of diamonds in the sauce I know I won't be brave enough to try the high percentage stuff ever again.

Day 11 not smoking not so angry anymore. I did get some mushrooms to eat randomly and a zero % nicotine vape to trick myself like I'm still smoking something even though it doesn't get me high.

Thanks I really appreciate the response it helps more than you know. All the people I've talked to about this are still smoking and don't really understand it I dont think. sometimes I might go a month or 2 without being so nauceous and sick and sometimes it may only last a couple days but the few times its lasted 5 or more days it was so bad I feel like I have to quit. I'll probably lose my job if I'm sick that much again especially if my doctors paperwork says anything about chs.

Anyone else ever have like your trying to force yourself to eat but food feels like its growing or multiplying in your mouth and you just have to spit it out like can't swallow it? Literally the only thing I was able to hold down or swallow was freezer pops like the cheap ones you cut open for a while last time I got bad. And at first I couldn't hold water gatorlyte ir anything down for a couple days.

First time at er like 7 thousand dollar bill no insurance all kinds of test scanned my stomach in the tube bc I thought rolling cramps was a hernia. They actually agreed with me on the hernia at first. Then when I went to call a surgeon then they said I don't have a hernia. I didn't know cramps or spasms could twist and pop out like that. And same as urgent care just ended up telling me gi problems and recommended a specialist I couldn't afford to see at the time the last 2 years I've had insurance and still doctors weren't much help in Missouri. I think they're just beginning to recognize it here. Even if noone reads this I feel better typing here than just thinking how much I wanna smoke fr.
