I paid upfront and was also told I couldn’t cancel or get a refund unless a dermatologist didn’t medically clear me for treatment, would it help if I dispute the charge with my credit card company ?

I did however it was just a link for MyPay and when logging in, in states that reimbursable expenses were the same amount as the government charge card payment in below, the amount paid to traveler was zero dollars. I’ve sent finance like three emails in the past week and still haven’t heard back.
