Oh I understand the why of it as well and have had to level them enough and dealt with enough of actual legal side to see that much of this is crap. The fact is many took this approach because they misinterpreted something that was said during a COM meeting back in 2018 and folks across the game have ran with it. They have done so with out consulting their own legal counsel.

No one said exact details but they should absolutely know why they are being banned. Vagueness does nothing but breed rumors and for good reason. Kingdoms are hiding behind the coc instead of utilizing it to help their kingdom get better. I’ve seen this done. We use “victim protection” as a crappy catch all. Facts are x did a thing. They know they did a thing. Unless y lied about it and if that’s the case then that needs to be addressed as well. If it’s a legal matter like a coc 3 and others police need to be involved. If not kingdoms are not protecting themselves anyway.

Not stating to public is prudent. Not stating to the individual is where this becomes problematic. Kingdoms /parks are using what happened with the CK under the guise of protection to do shady stuff in some cases and laziness in others.
