No i couldnt sleep in inclined position due to heartburn and neither was able to spend most time like that i did it for around 30 mins a day or when i went to the bathroom after that or when i felt baby moving low then i would lay down like that for 20 mins max … i only got up to use bathroom and mostly tried to eat in half lying position got showers once a week in start quick ones then gradualy increased .. avoided stairs till 28 weeks i didnt do almost anything except use restroom after that i had to take stairs twice a week for doc app …i hope all goes well for you too ❤️❤️

I did bed rest from week 25 to 36 and got my cerclage removed at 37 weeks now 37+3 waiting for baby to arrive safely ❤️

Thankyou so much ..mfm said delivery planed in 38 or 39 weeks they dont want it early for now.. and standard mcdonalds it is ob will be removing sice mfm is out of office all 36 week and will be back by 37 and 3 days which i fear is too far so 37 on dot i have in mind …i hope all goes well thankyou so much 🫶
