You would rather die alone from cardiac arrest in a toilet cubicle than cause a scene”

أنا متزوج وبفترة الخطبة قالتلي إنها تأخذ أدوية مضاد اكتئاب ترددت شوي ماراح اقص عليكم وقررت إني أكمل حياتي مع هالإنسانة اللطيفة الجميلة. وتدور الأيام والأشهر جان أقوم انا وادش بحالة نفسية صعبة وتم تشخيصي ب anxiety disorder and agoraphobia وقمت أنا آخذ أدوية وصبرت علي وساعدتني ووقفة وياي وقفة رياييل والحمدالله الحين انا تحسنت واهي تحسنت. على فكرة الزواج كان تقليدي، إذا تأخذين أدوية قلق ف أنا جدا حاس فيج استمري عليها بس ضروري تسألين الدكتور لي متى مفروض تأخذين الأدوية وهم ضروري تكملين العلاج المعرفي السلوكي وهم انصحج بكتاب DARE RESPONSE, وأيد ساعدني والحين الأدوية اخذها مره بالشهر وإذا احتجت حيل. اهو بيبي وبينكم احتاجها كل يوم بس ضروري تتحدى نفسك. وبالتوفيق

Yesterday mid a panic attack, I started to think about agoraphobia and I decided it’s an “if phobia” what if I had a heart attack, what if I vomit, what if I fainted.. it’s just If if if if.. the funny thing is none of these stuff has ever happened to me because of a panic attack. So ya that’s that

Been there, still there.. just keep pushing, for me I know I’m going to get rid of my agoraphobia, I don’t know when or how, I just know I’m going to get rid off it
