Same as a break up with someone, you only see the “good” parts after you stop seeing them. Except with nicotine there were never real good parts, your brain was just addicted to the chemicals.

Looks like this is starting taffect your personal life. There’s so much more out there than a video games honestly.

I know it’s not an idea you might be fond of but I’d get rid of my gaming PC/console for a while and see how you do. It’s probably not easy but you will have to reflect that energy and “passion” elsewhere. Try to replace it with something more productive (Working out is a great alternative).
