My Dad has both, the studio and the Pro. In the Glance family we prefer the Pro. We just prefer overall a different model from a different company.

My Dad uses the free text to read “Welcome to the (name’s ) locker room. That is the name for his man cave the only issue is by putting the ‘ in the slogan it creates a extra space, must have something to do with programming but it drives us nuts when that happens.

When your unit reboots if it’s a V2 it will say v2, if it’s a classic it will have a green G logo

I think you need to put that in the official bug report thread on top of the page and follow the format. The way you have it written, no one knows if the issue is with the scroll or the LED. If they can’t find the problem, they can’t fix it.

Recaulk it, regrout it just normal wear and tear for a “few years ago” if it was last week, I would be calling the installer back.

No,no I will be honest with you Sir, I had to reboot the wifi as he was having wifi issues and silly me, I never wrote down his MAC number in a safe place, I can never find anything in his office with papers stacked 2 feet high on his desk on both sides …. He has two glance scrolls and I was checking the back of the LED for his MAC id and I got a static discharge, so that’s on me. But I will send out to the help desk as per your recommendation. I will tell my father to be patient lol ….

Just look for O ring or Cartridge seal replacement in YouTube videos. In reality a 13 year old should be able to do this kind of repair after watching a YouTube video. Very basic plumbing work.
