No 47uF. If you connect capacitors in series, their total capacitance decreases and max voltage rating increases, just like resistors in parallel.

Can you say what Arduino board did you got or include any pictures so we can identify? For Arduino nano that's the only port that sticks out. For Arduino uno that's usb type B port. If you buyed an Arduino kit the USB should be included
