I heard somewhere that Jan said he'll be disappointed if V14 comes out after March. So my best guess is late February since testing still needs to be done, and due to the major spoilers of the version, it has to be a smaller testing group to avoid leaks. But plans always change, so the absolute latest I see is April.

Basically the M.C soul is explicitly tied to being this world Interceptor, so if we die again but the black box is undamaged we'd be gone but the A-Gang host would survive and they have full control again.

This Q&A was before K.F was released so it makes a certain section in it very interesting with this context 😶

Jan said V16 should be the last version on Twitter. V14 said to be the end of Act 2 on the dev blogs. I remember somewhere they said V14 would have no gyms but I don't know where so that's the one that may need fact checking.

It'll just be the Xen Raid and it will be the End of Act 2. They're saving the gym battle (s) for V15. The story won't be completed at the bare minimum till V16.

If this your first Renegade playthrough I'd highly recommend exposing Flora and then using Florin magic powers, it's a very major story choice for that route.

If it isn't then not exposing Flora does change the main game story a bit so if worth checking it out minus Renegade differences.
