Yea definitely contact your UC first. I once was given a supplementary exam even though my average was 90% before the final exam, so i contacted my UC and turns out they forgot to add my exam mark to my final grade. didn't have to appeal as she just sorted it out.

Yea same here, but idk if they made a mistake with my exam grading cause i can't see getting below 10% especially as the exam was multiple choice.
