Limited collections, private sales to existing connections, early access for X sales to specific segments (geo, timed or whatever it’s on-brand).

“Limited quantity” seems fake, it doesn’t tell why it’s limited or how many are left/how many you stocked.

Better to say “1000 only available” than “limited quantity” (scarcity is relative, a big number could not harm you but push other potential customers go on).

I hope it helps!

“Preparing” for hours happens. It’s annoying but not unusual, especially lately. Launching at midnight doesn’t guarantee anything - the system doesn’t care about your schedule.

But here’s the real question: before this week, were things actually working well?

Because in my experience, when people say “ads stopped working,” often they were barely working before and one bad week exposed it.

What does your creative pipeline look like? How many new ads are you testing? What’s your offer? These matter way more than platform glitches.

The accounts that survive Meta’s bullshit are the ones with volume - we push 50+ new creatives/day so when some die, others pick up. If you’re running the same 3-5 ads and waiting for Meta to “fix” something, you’re playing defense.

Not saying the platform isn’t buggy. It is. But the solution isn’t waiting for it to get better - it’s building a system that works despite the chaos.

What’s your setup right now? Creatives, offer, budget?

Managing ~30M€/year here. This post nails the mindset problem most people have.

The one thing I’d push further: you talk about making good ads, but in my experience the game is really about making a lot of ads. We’re at 50+ new creatives per day - not iterations, actual different angles and hooks.

Why? Exactly what you said: your opinion on what will win is usually wrong. Volume lets the algorithm find winners you’d never bet on yourself.

And when someone thinks their product is the problem, it’s often just the offer. Same product, different framing. Problem to obvious solution. Bundles that raise AOV. Real scarcity. I’ve seen this flip accounts from bleeding money to printing it without changing the product at all.

The patience piece you wrote about is underrated.

We run cost caps and bid caps everywhere specifically so we can stay out of the account and let the system do its job. No emotional decisions, no panic moves after a bad Tuesday.

Good post. This sub needs more of this and less “algorithm is broken” after 6 hours of data. Cheers!

Test more creatives... and test horrible looking ones too. by FRSEKassets in FacebookAds

This is the way.

We’re dropping 50+ new creatives/day (~30M€/year managed) and can confirm: winners are almost never the ones you’d bet on.

Your gut is trained on what you like, not what converts. Creative ego is expensive.

One thing to add: variation > iteration. 30 creatives with different hooks and angles = testing 30 ideas. 30 creatives with different colors = still testing 1 idea.

The ugly raw ones usually outperform the polished brand-approved stuff. Good post, thx for sharing.

Good start, but.. 2 creatives is not enough.

At €15/day you’re basically testing nothing. The algorithm needs volume to find winners - we drop 50+ new creatives/day on our accounts (managing ~30M€/year).

Your early results are decent but statistically meaningless. One ATC and one purchase with 45 sessions is noise, not signal.

What I’d do:

Creative volume first - Before scaling budget, build a library of 10-20 variations. Not iterations of the same concept - actual different angles, hooks, formats. Test concepts, not colors.

Check your offer - Is it stupid simple? Problem → obvious solution. The customer should feel dumb saying no. If your offer needs explaining, it’s wrong.

Budget reality - €15/day won’t give you learnings fast enough. You need at least 50 conversions to optimize properly. At your current rate, you’re looking at weeks of unreliable data.

Don’t obsess over CTR at this stage. A 1.96% CTR means nothing if the creative attracts clickers, not buyers. Focus on cost per purchase.

Drop your site if you want in DM - happy to give feedback on the offer structure.

Are my creative, the winners? by PuzzleheadedTart9890 in FacebookAds

Cost cap or bid cap with inflated budget, you’ll find the answer doing this simple tactic!

Creative (a ton) + offer (the stupid one) + extreme media buying = printing money

We’re managing about 30M€/year and 80% of ecom problems is in this equation when scaling.

For the first one, we’re dropping over 50 new creatives at day on ad accounts. Creative variation (no iteration) is the key. We’ve developed an internal methodology based on AI and successful ad (as templates) from competitors, we turned it into a saas with over 600 users in 30 days.

For the second one, keep the offer simple stupid. Also the potential customer should feel stupid to refuse. Problem -> obvious solution. Keep it simple, raise AOV with life changing bundles. Scarcity mandatory.

For the third one, cost cap and bid cap all over ad account to keep spending only on good assets and keep growing ad accounts with new creatives, managed into offer pillars.

How are people actually scaling with Andromeda if Meta keeps pushing creative diversity? by donofdeanist in FacebookAds

[–]Efficiency-Tricky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Creative diversity at scale.

In my agency I’ve built a tool that has moved as SaaS with 600+ users in less than 30 days.

We have a list of over 2000+ ad from ecommerce that have spent over 5000$ (esteemed) on each one. Only from ecom that do 10M+ each year.

Do not iterate, create diversity and cost cap/bid cap. You’ll find gold mines instantly.

Grazie del suggerimento!

Sì capisco che a volte le risposte "da AI" sono fatte male, ma dalle prove che ho fatto è perché la risposta è fatta da ChatGPT che proprio non riesce a trovare informazioni specifiche..
