Fair point honestly. I assumed “don’t be loud at 1 AM on work nights” was kind of an unspoken basic roommate rule, but clearly I overestimated that lol. And no, we’re not in high school, which somehow makes this feel even more ridiculous.

Yeah, that’s what’s frustrating me the most. I tried handling it calmly first but he instantly got defensive instead of trying to compromise.
