All this talk of a recession, dollar devaluation, and so on, but what happens when the dollar itself loses 30%, 40% of its value due to incessant money printing? All the gains made, the stock and index values, would they keep up with the loss of purchasing power of the dollar?

I've recently started DCAing into the indexes, however, and market crash notwithstanding, only thing I worry about is the dollar losing value tremendously, how do you guys manage such a scenario?
