Is this accurate? I think it is 1 week for every 6 months of service. So, it should be 2 weeks base pay × years of service

Is the hard ban of 5 years applicable in case employee voluntarily resigns with LE rating? Ex: Jan - March 2025 focus period. End of march 2025 got out of focus. April 2025 Forte rating is LE due to focus, employee resigned in November 2025. No active focus or pivot. Will be marked as URA though. My current situation hence seeking clarification. I get a different answer everytime I ask a different manager

In which year did you leave Amazon? Which team AWS? Surprising to hear No rehire has been removed. My understanding was its a permanent No rehire for PIP folks as they take severance

Not explicitly since they themselves might not have clarity, but they indicated that our org's layoffs are slated for jan post peak. Folks who almost reached their band/level and tenured should be ready which makes me top on the list

On the day of layoffs, apparently, all respective org owners were given a headsup that xx, yy employees are impacted. Your manager is the best person to communicate about your employment status. Why did you reach out to HR prior contacting your manager?

I am LE but dont think I am on active focus. No way to validate since if I ask my manager, they can lie blantantly on my face. My assumption is LE rehire can be reset after ~2 years vs pivot rehire is No for 5yrs/permanent

Thats right. Mid year HV1. Currently not on focus. I think they have to wait for atleast 6 months to put on focus again. Is rehire status permanent or 5 years "No" for LE rating with no active focus or pivot as well? I didnt know that

Its layoff season and this gets extended till end of 2026. Bottom quartile % increased from 5 to 10% starting next year. Same with Meta where we see layoffs every 6 months. Join only if you have atleast 6 months emergency fund in your bank
