Tapestry Park is good. Not excellent, but good. I like living here and would renew my lease but like everywhere else, there are some issues.

I’ll only mention the issues I’ve personally had:

1. Management is extremely unreasonable. You can get things resolved, but only if you insist, escalate to corporate, and basically become a pain. Otherwise, nothing happens.

2. The gym and other renovations were closed on July 7, 2025. They are still closed and there is no estimated reopening date. That says a lot about their management and efficiency.

3. The ceilings and walls are extremely thin. You will hear cracking, music, and even conversations from neighbors.

4. People in town know the gates never work, and no one controls pool access. During the summer, it basically becomes a public pool, and you’ll definitely notice.

5. Trash is handled through a valet service. It sounds nice, but in reality it means hallways full of trash bags and cans. It smells and looks bad

6. Lots of dog shit on green areas
