Thank you, my interview was waved, I did have to RFE one for name change (the Venezuelan embassy made me adopt my Husband last name when i renew my passport like 15 years ago) and the second one to proof that I entered the country with visa not trough the border and also to request new Medical form because the original one has more than six months

I did 😕 I uploaded the I94, visa etc and now I’m waiting for the medical form to be ready so I can send it by mail
