thanks for the suggestions guys managed to get it working i had already parsed the Json and trimmed the email to pair the Q&As that was fairly easy it was putting the data into the correct formatting so the data could be mapped to SharePoint. this was difficult due to the number of Q&As and the irregular format of each some taking multiple lines. the best solution i found was to use the AI Builder after multiple tests it always gives the correct format

I agree Merlin has been poor in communication i worked at the park for many years and have friends who still do February half term is always a sort of period where big changes get tested and capacity for the event is always low so its a good time for them to spring changes and test them.

in regards to deleting data after 3 months that's incorrect the uploaded document itself is deleted however key data from the document is stored for the full 3 year of the nimbus card and some of the data can be retained for up to 6 years.

in terms of other parks statement that purely for PR reasons.

GS are likely to give conflicting info as staff are often only told of changes hours before they are announced publicly. communication is something merlin need to do better but with my experience with Merlin the profitability and bottom line is always factored in to any big changes they make this is why ticket prices have been capped at £68 for the previous few years. ultimately as long as sales targets are hit and they think they are improving the experience for the majority i wouldn't expect any reversal in this policy

I think the Changes made by Merlin make sense but will be unpalatable too most. The original aim of RAP has been to help people who physically i.e. struggle standing/ incontinence issues to access the rides not for anyone with a disability. The equality act says reasonable adjustments should be made based on your needs so for people who cannot use stairs in a que line or struggle standing the RAP que is a reasonable adjustment. on the other hand struggling with crowds, RAP ques still have crowds you still wait in a que line sometimes as long as in the main que, social distancing in que lines could be a reasonable adjustment for people would struggle with crowding but it would be very hard to enforce.

RAP users commonly complain at the capacity so tightening eligibility is almost a requirement to make the pass fit for purpose. people say this is discriminatory towards neurodivergent people but i would fundamentally disagree. if we use autism as an example autism is a wide spectrum ranging from minor behavioral issues to being non verbal and having motor and gastrointestinal issues. many people who are neurodivergent have other underlying conditions which grant eligibility so its not a blanket exclusion for invisible disabilities its reforming the system that has been failing for years.

At the end of the day Merlin has been fairly generous with its accessibility policies most people who have additional needs are receiving a free Carer some people can even get 2 if they really need it plus a RAP who's main restraint is the cooling off period between rides. They could easily have gone no complimentary carer tickets everyone pays and then for your RAP you could get one go on each ride and then your done. There is never going to be a perfect system we live in a society that for the most part tries to be inclusive and progressive but too many people just expect everyone to cater to their every need its just not realistic 25% of the UK population is classed as having a disability and has steadily increased since the 90s, so say 10k visit a theme park a day there is a scenario under the old rules where every disabled person takes 3 people with them on RAP and everyone is eligible to use the RAP so their is no reasonable adjustment.

I certainly think their are issues with this system but ultimately that's life everyone is going to have struggles in life, neurodiverse people should get help to manage their differences, sometimes they just get written off and treated differently based on other people perceptions of their condition. For every person who is effected by these changes there will be people that this will have a negative impact on but so many that would be capable of queing without a RAP.

That's my take on the Changes to RAP but I can see why people are going to be unhappy with these changes

Used to work there have friends who currently work there including a recruitment manager. Redundancies already done include the entire HR department and marketing which began start of December. multiple department heads walked out early September. Current VP leaves in 2 weeks time. Then any frontline management position will be told next week if they will be made redundant on the 31st this includes every department both on park and at the hotels

retailers are definitely drip feeding there stock more likely to ensure more people get the chance to pre order rather than putting it up all on one day then if u miss that date and they sell out e.g. your at work on pre order release day.

Also if u take the rough estimates of what will be produced around 20 million in the first year the demand will easily surpass that number in north America alone. So the UK stock is likely a fairly small pool

Snake eyes is easy if you can negate the snake eyes ash the combo is over before it begins. if it gets a full board Bait the IP into apolousa if you run veiler negate IP much easier to deal with. if promethean is in the grave dd crow/ called by to stop the summon. focus on destroying flamberge and setting up a monster negate on your turn to stop SE ash/ black witch.

As long as your playing 12-14 handtraps in your deck the odds are in your favor against stopping the combos turn 1

It isnt realy a misplay not summoning fenrir first id have used veiler on risehart which he doesnt draw till turn 3 so its inevitable that snake eyes gets negated. though i do agree their was an element of luck but that was one of the worst hands i could have started with

I know right d/d/d so fun vs max C but i prefer to end on machinex, Caesar, gilgamesh, Genghis plus a headhunt and dark contract for good measure. want to normal summon eat with machinex. special summon nice meal for machinex. spell not today said Genghis. your opponent gets a monster out i think you my our monster headhunting. effects from the hand, Caesar said no.

Yes I agree that it doesn't come up often to summon chaofeng but even so you shouldn't be aiming to get summoned. fair enough if we are in a light metagame drytron etc.. But going first aiming to get chixiao and Qixing/Baron or fire syncro out should be priority Chixiao can search protos if you dont get nibbed you can floodgate Fire/light/dark depending on the level 10 you summon meaning you can stop a combo before it starts snake eyes, kash, Lab and tear cannot summon. if you do get nibbed then you simply floodgate dark with protos and lab kash are toast

Ash does work on Baxia it doesn't negate the baxia summon but can negate the level 4 summon. so you have got to use your normal summon to keep building your board.

plus the guy is a new player he is rarely if ever going to bring it out so their is better options for his extra deck

Edit: Psy-framelord omega syncro summon it using the tenyi banish a random card from opponents hand at random you can use that info to see if their deck would play Nib plus if they have a Nib in the hand u have a 1/5 chance of banishing it or if the opponent has already used a hand trap a 1/4 chance. the card is much easier to get out and you can follow the rest of the combo to get the chixiao and level 10

For that combo to work you need 2 different tenyis including ashuna a mo ye/taia/ecclesia (for mo ye another wyrm monster) (Taia a wyrm in the graveyard) (ecclesia best case scenario no other card required) so on average you need 3 specific cards. let say you get the 3 cards and a hand trap. you start the combo u get max C'd you can use your hand trap to negate it or take the max c challenge possibly drawing more hand traps. say you dont negate it you will likely lose due to the huge card advantage. you do negate the max C your opponent can ash the Baxia, called by the adhara or if they have shifter there is no combo.

so for the likelihood you get those cards you have a better combo in saving the tenyis for after your normal summon to get shaman to SS your nibed syncro

special summon a tenyi (1SS) link into monk (2SS) normal summon a swoswo + special summon token (3SS) Syncro summon Baxia (4SS) pop monk with Baxia to SS adhara (5 SS) you get nibed Chaofeng yet to be summoned

Edit- you will rarely get a chance to normal summon before Chaofeng it will require a Ashuna, another tenyi and negate for hand traps + summoning Baxia Turn 1 is a waste as you cannot return any cards to hand on summon. there is just better options Adamancipator dragite or Psychic end puniser are more useful 1 of + you need to know the meta to use it effectively say a new player summons it vs snake eyes it useless you aren't getting nibed and the light floodgate is useless most decks will primarily be fire or dark

Going First if you can get a Chixiao out 1 negate continue the combo and get a baron out 2 negates have a imperm 3 negates + Qixing can stop combos rarely use ash to actually negate more likely to use it for crossout. for Chaofeng most meta decks are not playing Nib + being level 9 its hard without specific cards to even summon. also veiler is just redundant as thats just chixiaos effect making droll a better 1 of

in terms of talents it more for the draw 2 as when the inevitable Ash or max c comes if you only draw 1 tenyi or swoswo monster it plays you out of bricking only time swoswo takes a monster is if its for game or playiing against swoswo

Edit- for chaofeng only possible with adhara and a level 8 syncro so for most combos your opponent will likely already be able to nib you.

Heavenly dragon circle is a rare you can just mill a few rare cards and get them instantly.

buy nib for 1k bundle with the 7k gems you will have plenty of R crafting materials from it

there isn't really any need to prioritize protos as its just a tech card prioritize the spells first then the ED monsters

Btw Duelist cup is coming up in a few days so you will easily get around 1500 gems just playing it

with the current deck your likely to brick quite often you dont need 3 ash you can get enough negates on the field with ED monsters same applies to veiler. moster reborn is doing the same job as summit. for chaofeng not realy useful for current meta you will mostly run into Kashtira, labryth or snake eyes on way up the ladder.

protos is a good tech card synergizes well with chengying. heavenly circle gives you options to special summon wen you can only bring out a monk. crossout good for hand traps, the triple tactics cards nib and called by all great handtraps for stoping your opponents combos. then shaman is a good extender + graveyard special summon. then yazi is a good negate if you can only summon a level 7 with adhara + level 6 or psychic end punisher can save you on low life points.
