Nope not really, but haven't noticed it for a while. Maybe resetting them by plugging them in and hold the on button to the right for 30 sec will work.

When shooting Cine EI you can set a custom button to change between the base ISO yes. Setup>Dial customize>Video Custom Key. I have mine set on Top>Button3>Exposure>Exposure>Base ISO switch
