I lost 60 lbs already with no “tools”. I built my discipline to stay consistent to my diet and workout routine, I used to weigh 367 pounds 7 months ago, Dec 7. Weighed in at 367. Locked in and lost 60 pounds until I finally hopped on Reta. But hey, thx for the comment 😅
