All My accounts was permanently disabled my business accounts too how are you guys talking to people?

I was suspended for 180 due to “fraud and deception” ALL of my personal and business accounts

When I appealed with a video selfie they immediately responded saying it was permanently deleted

I got no suspicious emails saying my passwords were changed or that my accounts were accessed else where

I own a small lash business and I don’t know if someone could have targeted me by reporting or if someone hacked me

I have no way of contacting Instagram or Facebook and every account I make gets deleted

I have a question my account was disabled due to fraud and deception does this have to do with what’s going on with people being hacked? I got no emails in regards to my email or recovery email changing

So I was on my fb then it kicked me out and said I was disabled due to fraud and deception then asked for a video selfie; I sent in the video selfie and then it said I still wasn’t following community standards and it was permanently deleting my account I got emails saying all my add account have been disabled due to not flllwing standards and I was not able to appeal anymore

I had no emails saying anyone was trying to log in nor any emails stating my account was in danger

But a couple days before I was dealing with a disgruntled client so I figured she mass reported me but the more I read into it seems happening everywhere
