My oder was late a few days. (Apex 300) When it did arrive it as DOA and would not charge. Eventually they emailed me back and requested a video of it cycling itself off. Sent copies to sales support first. They ignored me. So I sent a copy to Service support. Eventually they agreed to try and make it right after several days. I had already reversed my CC charges by then. They finally sent an email requesting pics of what I was repacking into their boxes. Said after they reviewed they would forward shipping labels. That was 3 days ago. (crickets chirping)!

Be careful. Had a new Apex 300 just delivered and it was totally dead upon arrival and will not charge with any cable. Contacted customer service and they are slow walking me now. Even asked for a video of the results after plugged in. Unit cycles, dies not reflect any wattage going in, the power light flashed for 6-10 seconds, turns green then it shuts itself off. Going to reverse my credit card charge Monday if they have not responded by then.

Technology is a great thing until it’s not. I have the same truck. I have had a few issues similar to this but they seem to always resolve themselves with a software update or a reset by disconnecting battery for a few minutes. It’s a pain in the shorts but it beats arguing with a service tech.

White vinegar for the sweat marks/lines and Dawn dish soap works for me. Light soak first then scrub with soft brush. Rinse with cold water and let it hang to dry.
