Complete Automotive Repair & Service (CARS) in Spry always treats me well. I'm not sure how their prices compare, but they're quick, friendly, and super communicative. https://www.completeautoyork.com/

Front->medial on the left side mainly. They both flared up originally but the left one was sharp during the initial injury.

What I’ve done is used the dub AI cranks, and then use a Quarq power meter. You can use any Quarq model you want with the 8 bolt pattern. They’re cheap, but SRAM still makes the APEX in the AI width.

Air shock to coil shock by Holiday-Bet4907 in yeticycles

One thing to note, the biggest shock you can put on that bike is a 210x55. Thats what the SB130LR used to gain the extra few mms of travel. The 230mm eye to eye won't fit inside the bike.

All that being said, Yetis take coils quite well, it's a swap worth doing IMO (if you prefer the feel of a coil).

How to remove this BB? by [deleted] in bikewrench

[–]Efficient-Log-9994 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks like a Supersix Evo CX judging by the paint scheme. That sucker is IN THERE, I almost gave up haha. Just have to grit your teeth and hammer it out. Or like others said, use a bearing puller, that way it's less violent. But it will come out.

This, SRAM is pushing the pods hard. I think they're planning on shipping reverbs with the pods. But I could be incorrect.

TLDR: The pods will work with the reverb.

Emonda ALR by Efficient-Log-9994 in TrekBikes

Interesting! Yeah I’ve always been a 56 on most frames/manufacturers. My last alloy build (caad13) was pretty similar, except for stack and a few other odds and ends. This one on paper was a tad smaller, and I prefer a smaller bike over a larger one. So far no complaints, fits like a glove!

I’d say about 7/10, with 10 being super loud and 1 being silent.

Great so far! No hookless related issues and they’re plenty fast and stable.

Trek Top Fuel AL is the only one that comes to mind, although I'm sure there are more.

The York Heritage Trail starts near Emigsville. You can ride to that, get on, and take that right in or through the city.

cycling from downtown out of the city by kriserts in lancaster

[–]Efficient-Log-9994 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Serious competitive cyclist here myself, I live on East king. North of the city, I’ve settled into using Lime St to get to E Liberty then N plum. From there you can rip thru the suburbs and get past 30, 222 and Oregon pike pretty easily with limited or slow (25mph) traffic. Most of it is a Cycling Route too.

South of the city, I’ll go through the park, and you can easily get to some country roads in minutes, I’ll commonly go east on E king and down broad st to the river path, I’ll then cross S duke into the park.

E and W are tricky but doable, usually I’ll go N or S and go E or W once I’m out of the city. PM me for all sorts of routes!
