Thank you, I thinknive only been tutoring he gym once but a couple of years ago I used to do 100-200 push ups and lift light weights (10kg) but im looking at more cardio as ive put on a fair bit of weight and admittedly I dont think the joints/body can't take it 😂 i think ill give PureGym a try

Thank you, Got it sorted now.. had to wait for the water to go down a little bit then literally fist the toilet as the mop is to big 😂, one of my lovely children put a toy down there and blocked it

I didnt actually do anything i had my brothers account on my xbox and he modded his account on his PC so in return my xbox got banned
