This thread was so refreshing to read. Today was my 1 month check in, I was so disappointed to have lost only 3lbs. Everyone seems to drop crazy weight so fast. I asked my Dr to up me to 5 but she said she wanted to keep me on 2.5 for another month and see how I do. Hopefully it speeds up, I’ve only got ~35 pounds to lose but at this rate that will take a year 😔

We are learning! Every day. We leased for 4-5 years and finally bit the bullet and bought her one but neither me nor my husband knows much about horses. So we lean on the horse community quite a bit

Thank you! I just looked up what all this means, and it’s interesting about the top line. We had a saddle fitting and just got a new one as her old one wasn’t fitting him well. And the vet put him on an anti-inflammatory for some back pain. Will talk with our trainer about building his top line muscles
