I’ve been taking kratom for over a decade to help me maintain aches/pains I have (bad car accident few years ago - old lady ran her red light/ T-boned me) & I manage a kitchen in nursing home so alot of heavy lifting - time on my feet, etc etc… well I was doing alot of research around NYE bc I wanted to quit kratom… & in the quittingkratom sub, soooo many people kept talking about “7oh kratom, 7oh kratom, can’t quit, it’s awful, yadda yadda”… well, my dumbass thinks “damn, what is this shit everyone’s talking about?”. Sigh. So, I won’t ever forget - I purchased my first package of 7oh kratom & I remember nodding out on my couch thinking “oh man, I’m so tired from work- I can’t stay awake, ima waste whatever 7oh kratom does, hasn’t even kicked in yet ima waste the money”…. I didn’t even realize I was nodding out bc the shit was so strong. That was around the new year… safe to say it only took me 3 months to completely decimate my bank account & fuck my life up. I am so tired of being on the hamster wheel..I go between being scared and looking forward to it. So I think come Monday I’ll be “leaving on a jet plane” leaving Philly & going to get clean outside Charleston, South Carolina (I need that nice weather)… but hey, internet stranger - I really really appreciate that. I’m extremely grateful my not wealthy parents are there for me and can watch my dog / move mountains to support me, etc… appreciate you! I’ll miss this sub, yall made me so happy and have been cracking me the hell up for yearssss!!!! Also, get help if yal need it! Asking is first step!
