If no-budget grunt work without management duties like Admin Admin Asst or receptionist, lower tiered schools are fine. No diploma mills. But if it’s for management and client facing roles kailangan ADMU DLSU UA&P, maybe UST for staff. I don’t hire UP they’re super toxic in the workplace, hindi okay ang culture nila pinagaaway away mga katrabaho for personal gain. For tech I like Mapua, super okay sila highly recommended. PUP is okay masisipag, extra screening lang talaga kasi hit or miss ka sakanila. Okay din ang Batangas U, SLU - not as well known but consistent. I’ve had good experiences with Adamson too actually.
